Return Policy
Brand new items purchased and that are unopened can be returned for a refund within 14 days after the date of receipt in the mail. All item(s) within original packaging must be returned to merchant in order to obtain a refund. Once 14 days have passed by, all sales become final & non-refundable. Additionally, any brand new item(s) sold for preorder and/or pre-purchase are final and non-refundable once the item(s) are set to be obtained within 14 days before the date of release.
Furthermore, if a product is opened and is encountered to be defective, the buyer has 14 days from date of receipt in the mail to notify merchant in order to obtain an exchange for the same product in brand new condition. Once 14 days have passed by, all sales become final and cannot be returned to merchant for an exchange of the same product in brand new condition.
If an exchange for the same product in brand new condition is processed, the buyer assumes all responsibility with regards to payment of shipping charges via mail courier to merchant. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations
Buyer(s) have a window of up to 72 hours to notify merchant of intention to cancel and/or request a refund for purchase(s) made to merchant regarding product(s) available to ship. (PREORDER items do NOT apply to this policy. Cancellations may be applied to any PREORDER up until timeframe of release date.)
This policy is non-negotiable under ANY circumstances. If more than 72 hours have passed since time of purchase, any intention to cancel and/or request a refund will not be honored by merchant.

If in the event there is a loss/damaged product(s) sent to you, the customer, for any purchase made through merchant, it is the both the responsibility of merchant & customer to amicably come to terms with communicating via any/all channels in order to fulfill terms of the original transaction regarding terms of an exchange, refund and/or proof of loss/damage/theft prior to item being fulfilled as complete through merchant.
