Do you price match other retailer(s) and/or other competitor website(s)?
A: Yes, we do. Final sale price along with shipping cost(s) can be settled upon by merchant & customer(s) once proof is provided regarding a specific price match. Kindly contact us via email in order to discuss further.
Additionally, if a price match is to be granted from any website that sells similar product(s), an item(s) that are ‘on sale’ or that have a reduction in standard price will NOT be accepted.
** Major retail chain(s) along with brand website pricing MUST show ‘Shipped and sold by’ the merchant. Any 3rd party pricing within a separate seller marketplace (amazon.com, walmart.com) will NOT be accepted. No exceptions. **
What if there is a product of interest that your website doesn’t offer? Can you assist in obtaining the product(s)?
A: Yes, absolutely. If there is a product(s) that are difficult to find elsewhere, let us know the product details & we will work very hard to obtain it for you within a reasonable timeframe.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
USPS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS. Typically, if your shipping address is located within the continental USA, then your package will arrive USPS.

Why do you accept FULL PAYMENT instead of partial payment from customers for your pre-payments?
A: Due to risk & various related factors.
What is the difference between a preorder & a pre-purchase?
A: PREORDERS relate to products that have not yet been released. PRE-PURCHASES relate to products that have already been released to the public & that require full-payment upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major debit/credit cards are accepted via Authorize.net as well as VENMO and ZIP – Pay in 4 installments. Kindly be advised that if rendering payment via ZIP, there will be 25% of the purchase total due upfront.
- Does the VENMO payment method offer PURCHASE PROTECTION on product(s) offered on your website?
- A: Yes; simply select as a ‘Goods and Services’ transaction within the Venmo app (paying via mobile) or via checkout (paying via PC).
Are you still an official distributor of GPD (GamePad Digital) product(s)?
A: To set the record straight & for those that care to know, we are NO LONGER associated with GPD as a distributor of their product lines. Officially, we were on-board with GPD for a few years as a new distributor in the USA market, however, we at DREAMESPER SHOP then decided to amicably terminate our relationship as distributor of their products within the USA market due to various factors.
- To those interested in some of their products/spare parts/batteries that are offered by GamePad Digital (GPD), this shop STILL offers hard-to-find product(s) of GPD. We deal with many vendors/wholesalers/businesses in order to continue to attract & obtain certain categories of their product(s). Primarily, this is achieved in order to satisfy those that have come to value this shop & recall us previously collaborating with GPD in the past.
- If/should you decide to visit & are interested in obtaining an item from a certain category/line of product that GPD offers OR previously offered, feel free to get in contact with us and we will gladly assist in order to fulfill your gaming demand. Is it true that you, as owner of this shop, were somewhat involved with the custom firmware development of the GPD XD+ along with the developer aka known as ‘Black-Seraph’?
A: Yes, that is true… 110% accurate as a matter of fact. To prove it, simply click on the link below & you will be forwarded to the original dev. website of ‘black-seraph’ prior to it being removed/deleted from the internet due to hosting issues in the past. As one can imagine, anyone reading the information provided within the link below may acertain that our work on the XD+ cfw development was initially brain-stormed if you will by both ‘black-seraph’ and myself due to the device’s potential but evident limitations without proper cfw designed for it.
Once I approached ‘black-seraph’ via social media, the rest became history for underground development for the entire community to enjoy thereafter. Ever since this unique collaboration, ‘black-seraph’ has been known to continue creating unique & extremely well-designed cfw for other brands/companies/devices since then. Although many will say otherwise, nobody really knows the truth about the XD+ cfw collaboration except myself & ‘black-seraph’ due to our long/extended conversations via social media platforms prior to a development unit being shipped/received for development to begin on the XD+ by GPD. For further information regarding this unique collaboration, kindly reach out to us via email/Whatsapp OR research the topic over the internet. There is plenty of apparent confusion amongst the community still to this day, unfortunately, regarding the history behind this cfw’s development, etc.
